George Goens, PHD wrote the book, "Civility Lost: The Media, Politics, and Education". He says it's important to take charge of civility in your own life, it starts at home. He says lack of civility is demonstrated in politics, media, schools and at home. but we can't rely on the government or any other entity, you, yourself need to commit to rekindling that civility.
